An open, short, or high-resistance condition in the sensor’s shared supply voltage or ground circuit can shift its output outside the valid measurement window.

5. ABS/ESC control module issue

Rare internal circuitry or calibration errors in the ABS module can cause it to misinterpret a correct sensor signal as out of range.

How it's diagnosed
