This diagnostic trouble code indicates the Powertrain Control Module has detected an irrational, out-of-range, or erratic signal from the Injector Control Pressure (ICP) sensor. The sensor monitors the high-pressure oil or fuel supply that actuates the fuel injectors, and the detected value does not correlate with expected parameters for current operating conditions.
